The 27th edition of World Poultry Congress (WPC) 2026 organised by the World’s Poultry Science Association (WPSA) at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Toronto, Canada, from July 13–17, 2026 was recognised as the world’s premier gathering for poultry science and technology, WPC 2026 had brought together a good delegates comprising poultry scientists, researchers, academicians, veterinarians, industry leaders, production specialists, policymakers, and students from more than 85 countries. The congress served as an exceptional platform for exchanging knowledge, showcasing cutting-edge innovations and strengthening international collaborations that will shape the future of the poultry industry.

The scientific and technical program covered a wide spectrum of critical topics including genetics and breeding, poultry nutrition, health and disease prevention, animal welfare, sustainability, precision production technologies, processing innovations and global food security. At a time when the poultry sector is addressing evolving challenges related to disease management, climate resilience, sustainability and feeding a growing global population, forums like WPC continue to play a pivotal role in driving science-based solutions and technological advancement.

Held once every four years under the auspices of the World’s Poultry Science Association (WPSA), the World Poultry Congress remains one of the most influential international platforms dedicated to advancing poultry science and industry worldwide.

During World Poultry Congress 2026, it was my privilege to meet distinguished poultry leaders, scientists, researchers, innovators and industry colleagues from around the world and explored new opportunities for collaboration that will contribute to the sustainable growth and future of the global poultry sector.

It was a pleasure to visit the Gurgaon office of Dovoy Chemicals India Pvt. Ltd., a biotechnology-driven company that has been delivering innovative solutions to industries worldwide.
