Bangalore, 28th May 2024 – NUQO Feed Additives, a prominent European supplier of micro-encapsulated phytogenics, phycogenics, palatants, and feed flavors, proudly announces the grand opening of its new office in Bangalore, India.

Operating under the legal entity Nuqo Animal Nutrition India Pvt Ltd, this strategic expansion marks a significant milestone for NUQO Feed Additives France, reinforcing its presence in one of the largest animal health and nutrition markets globally. The Bangalore office will serve customers across India and the Indian subcontinent.

Thane, April 25, 2024: Evonik, a global leader in specialty chemicals, inaugurated its new office and R&D premises in Thane, India, on April 23, 2024. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Mumbai – Dr. Achim Fabig, Evonik global management representatives, and members from the Evonik India team.

The event commenced with a traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolising the official opening of the new headquarters and marking the beginning of a new chapter for Evonik in India.

The Evonik India Research Hub (EIRH), as it will be called, marks a significant milestone in Evonik’s development journey in India and underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to further growth in the Indian market. It will be dedicated to advancing solutions that contribute to sustainability.

Evonik India’s new office spans an area of 100,000 square feet. It features state-of-the-art labs for its existing business lines, which cater to industries such as pharmaceutical, oral care, personal care, food, feed, agriculture, tyre, rubber, plastics, oil & gas, batteries, metal & ceramics, electronics, toners, paper, adhesives & sealants, home care, paint & coatings, printing inks, construction, emulsion, textiles, metalworking fluid and compounding. New labs will also be launched this year, providing customers with proximity to industries associated with bio-surfactants, skin and hair products, automotive, furniture and mattress applications.
The new headquarters has been designed with a modern working style, which includes collaborative workspaces, advanced technology infrastructure, and up-to-date amenities intended to enhance productivity, efficiency, and employee well-being. It will serve as a hub for Evonik’s operations in India, providing a dynamic and inspiring environment for employees to collaborate, innovate, and drive growth.

Evonik currently employs approximately 850 employees in India in its three entities. With the opening of EIRH, it is planning to create more jobs for its new labs and related operations.
